Healthy chilli cheese fries.

This snack is found in parks & fairs & is enjoyed by people all age. Make it in an economical healthy way & enjoy it as much as u can.

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 pack French fries.
    • 1 1/2 cup Mexican chilli  
    • 2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2-3 pickled jalapeno peppers.
    • 1 small onion finely chopped into small cubes
    • 1 tbsp chopped green part of the spring onion 
    • 1/2 cup sour cream 

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 375°F 
    2. On a baking tray drizzle a little oil & put the French fries on the tray, drizzle with a little oil mix with hands .
    3. Put it in the oven & bake till nice & golden crisp for 30 -35 min. 
    4. Remove from heat, top it with chilli then top this nicely with cheddar cheese & put it back in the oven .
    5.  Allow the cheese to melt on top for just 5 min & remove from heat.
    6. While hot top it with jalapeno, onion, spring onion & spoonfuls of sour cream a little here & there.
    7. Serve hot & enjoy this lovely snack with ur friends.
