Mix Veg Kadhi

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 1/2 cup of sour curd
    • 2 tsp besan
    • 1 cup vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, onion, tomato, peas, mooli, beans
    • salt taste according
    • red chilli
    • 1/4 tsp haldi
    • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
    • hing a pinch
    • water
    • 1/4 tsp ghee
    • coriander leaves
    • garam masala


    1. Take a wet jar of mixer,add curd,besan,water,salt,redchilli,haldi
    2. Mix it for a 20 seconds, mix well al the things
    3. In a pressure cooker add all the vegs n take 2 whistle.(boil them)
    4. Take  a vessal, add ghee ,then jeera,hing, 
    5. When it crackle add curd besan mixture, then mix it with spoon
    6. When it becomes boil slow flame and add the boil vegs.
    7. Cook it on the gas for 5 to 10 min.
    8. Add corriander leaves and garam masala for final touch.
    9. Serve hot with boil rice or hot chapaties.
