Take chana flour,cream of tarter,chillies rings,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,sugar, salt in a bowl and mix well
add water so as to make a pourable batter not too much watery not too much sticky
Prepare a double boiler
Grease the tin with very little oil in palm.
Add eno powder in batter and mix make sure the better becomes lighter as u mix or else add a little bit of more water
pour batter in greased tin .
Put it in double boiler on high flame for 20 -25 min
As it start leaving sides.nad looks done from top. check by putting a tooth pick from top.
if the tooth pick comes out plain then it is done.
remove from double boiler.allow it to cool a bit and make lines with knife so as to make pieces.
take oil in a pan and add mustard seed once they start popping and curry leaves, coriander and whole chillies .mix well and pour evenly on the khaman mixture from top first and then turn the khaman upside down with spatula and pour this mixture again. put the tin on flame for a minute and serve hot
