Gujarati Sweet

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    • 1/2 cup  Grated Jaggery
    • 3/4 cup  Ghee
    • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
    • 2 tbsp Milk

    Directions

    1. In a wide pan, heat the ghee
    2. Add the flour slowly and roast until golden brown till the mixture is coming together
    3. Lower the heat to a minimum and add the grated jaggery along with the cardamom powder
    4. Cut in to triangle shape It's easy to cut while it's warm
    5. Goes great with any namkin.
