Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Grated Jaggery
3/4 cup Ghee
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
2 tbsp Milk
Directions
In a wide pan, heat the ghee
Add the flour slowly and roast until golden brown till the mixture is coming together
Lower the heat to a minimum and add the grated jaggery along with the cardamom powder
Cut in to triangle shape It's easy to cut while it's warm
Goes great with any namkin.
