Yummy Burgers

Your kids will love it!!!


  • 400g lean minced mutton/minced chicken
  • Ground black peppercorns
  • Salt
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Sunflower oil
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed and chopped
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • ¼ lettuce, shredded
  • 4 cheese slices(optional)
  • ketchup, mayonnaise and mild mustard( for toppings)


  1. Take the meat and season well with salt and pepper. Add the Worcestershire sauce ,chopped coriander, ginger and garlic and process until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Using wet hands, divide the mixture into 8 small balls and lightly flatten,
  3. Beat 1 egg and dip the patties in egg first and then lightly coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Shallow fry/Deep Fry in sunflower oil until golden on each side. You can bake it as well.
  5. Slice the burgers in half and toast lightly.
  6. Assemble the burgers with cheese slices, tomatoes and lettuce and the chicken/mutton patty. Serve with a selection of ketchup, mayonnaise and mild mustard for toppings..

well, this vicky chap seems to be a bl..dy id..t. Always rotten comments. He seems to be living in the deep interiors of the amazon jungle, to not find the common ingredients of this recipe. I guess we all should totally ignore this mutt and continue with the good job. To hell with his always crazy comments. Khushrow

well I dont find them exceptionally good to try and half of the ingredients are not found easily in here.
