Spicy vinegar chicken

spicy black pepper & vinegar chicken/vegetables

Black pepper enhances the flavour of chicken & its aroma stays with you forever! u can add any vegetables of ur choice. cut into 3 inch strips!

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 chicken leg quarters
    • 1 cup vinegar (not to be mixed in the marinade)
    • Oil for frying

    Marinade:

    • 1-2 tbs black pepper powder (freshly ground)
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 cup Yogurt
    Vegetables
    • 4 carrots
    • 4 potatoes
    • 250 gms green beans

    Directions

    1. Mix the marinade into the chicken & leave for about 5-6 hours.
    2. Shallow fry vegetables lightly and remove from heat & keep aside.
    3. Deep fry the chicken lightly in about 4 cups of oil & remove from heat.
    4. Now put the chicken pieces & vegetables in a big roaster pan.
    5. Pour the vinegar over them & bake in oven for about 45 minutes.
    6. This chicken dish can be eaten with rice or butter naan.

    I loved this chicken.It is different .The black pepper and vinegar has been used very sensibly to give it a different tast.
