Stuffed vegetarian kababs

A Novel vegetarian Delicacy and super easy to make

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1/2 kg Mutter (peas) frozen(saffal) grounded(pise hue).
    • 5 green chilli grounded.
    • 3 tbsp corn floor.
    • 3 boiled mashed potatoes.
    • 1/4 tsp of hing powder.
    • Salt to taste.
    • 1 inch cube of Amul cheese
    • Oil to fry


    Mix all the ingredients except cheese.

    Make a ball of mixure and keep one piece of cheese and make a shape of your choice .

    Deep fry. Serve with pudina chutney.
