½ tbsp cardamom pwd
150 g ghee
1-2 bread slices (remove the sides)
100 g khoya
100 g sugar(powder)
4 sheets of silver leaf
First beat the eggs,then put sugar,cardamom pwd, khoya and bread slice into it and give it a nice mix.
Then put the mixture in a blender and make a fine batter(like a cake batter).
Take kadhai add 50 g of ghee to it then heat it on a low flame and prow the batter into it slowly and close the kadhai lid.
After 7 min again add ghee from sides to the cooking barfi and then dum it for 12 to 15 min.
After 15 min remove it from gas and cut it into the diamond's shape and press the sliver leaf on top of it.
Then the egg barfi is ready to taste.
