Gatte Ki Sabji

Its a Rajasthani dish

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 Cup Besan
    • 1 tbsp Cream (Malai)
    • ½ tbsp oil
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 1 tsp ajmain
    • ½ tsp Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
    • ½ tsp turmeric
    • ½ tsp Chilli powder
    • ½ tsp  coriander powder
    • ½ tsp Garam Masala
    • Two onion ( finely chopped)
    • ½ tsp soda
    • Salt 
    • 1 tsp curd
    • Dhaniya

    Directions

    For Gatte

    Mix up the besan, ginger & garlic paste, turmeric, salt, coriander,chilli powder, malai, oil, garam masala, soda little water. Make the small rolls and boil it for twenty minutes ( put some water into fry pan and then boil it ). After boiling take them out and cut into small pieces and keep aside.

    Gravy

    1. Put some oil into kadai
    2. Add oninon fry till it turn into little brown 
    3. Add curd , ginger & garlic paste, turmeric, salt, coriander,chilli powder, malai, oil, garam masala, little water and cook it for 5 to 10 min untill it turns some thick
    4. Add the gatta inside and cook for two minutes.
    5. Your Gatte ki sabji is ready.
    6. For garnishing you can put dhaniya on it and ready to serve.
    7. You can serve with paraothas and lots of love.
