Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 cup Main Ingredient
    • ½ tsp SpiceTomatoes-1kg
      Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
      Red chilli powder-1/2 or 1tsp(according to ur taste)
      Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
      Zeera powder-1/2tsp
      Green chilli-2
      Curry leaves-2 tbsp
      Coriander-2tbsp
      Zeera-1/2 tsp
      Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
      Salt as per taste

    Directions

    1. 1.Remove d skin of tomatoes by keepin it in hot water so that d skin cums out easily..n remove d seeds as well..n just strain those seeds in a bowl so tht v can use d juice of it...
      2.Take a wok,add oil when it becomes hot add zeera n rai..
      3.Add tomatoes(cut into small pieces after removing d skin) also add d juice
      4.Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli,turmeric,salt.
      5.Let it cook for sometime till it becomes soft..finally saute d tomatoes well..n add zeera powder,curry leaves, coriander leaves,slit green chillies..
      TIP(u can also grind d tomatoes if u want n make a paste n add)
