Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    Oats - 1tea cup

    Sugar - 1/2 tea cup

    Coconut (fresh grated) - 1//2 tea cup

    Milk - 2-3 tbsp

    Ghee - 2 tbsp

    Dry fruits for garnishing (cashew nut,Raisins)

     


    Directions

    1. Roast dry fruits in Ghee and keep aside

       

      Dry roast Oats in a pan till it changes colour( 10 - 15 mins), remove from the pan and keep aside.

       

      Dry roast sugar and coconut till sugar melts and mixes well with coconut., add oats, dry fruits and mix

       

      Sprinkle milk all over the mixture and make laddoos
