Yummy Snack item..

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 cups of Idly Batter (you can use leftover batter)
    • Rice Flour 1: 1/3 ratio (where 1 is batter)
    • 1 medium sized Onion (chopped)
    • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
    • 6-8 Green Chillies(Chopped) 
    • Salt to Taste
    • Oil


    1. Heat Oil for deep frying
    2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except oil.
    3. Make small balls of it and deep fry them in oil.
    4. Serve with Coconut or Pudina chutney.
