Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1/2kg cabbage
    • 1 onion
    • 1/2 cup besan powder
    • 1/2 cup rice powder
    • curry leaves
    • 1/4 haldi powder
    • 2to4 green chillies
    • salt for taste
    • oil for fry


    1. cut cabbage into small pieces, wash and drain
    2. mix copped onion, chilles, haldi powder salt with cabbage
    3. latter add all themixer with besan powder and rice powder, and add some boiled oil over it for best result
    4. heat kadai and add oil for deep fry.
    5. when the oil get heated put the cabbage and other ingredients slowly in the kadai one by one like small balls
    6. deep fry till it become golden brown
