Hari Dhaniya Chicken

Chicken cooked in Cilantro

all time favorite of all in the family.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    Chicken Thighs 5-6 nos. (boneless and skinless) 1 tbsp. Garlic (paste). 1 tbsp. Ginger (paste)Green chili (paste) to taste 1 tsp. Lemon juice. 1 tbsp. Mustard oil 4 tbsp. Cilantro (paste)


    1. Dice chicken thighs into bite size pieces. Add mustard oil, Salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Keep aside
    2. Let the chicken marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
    3. Heat oil and add chicken, garlic, ginger and green chili paste and fry them about 3 to 4 minutes.
    4. Add thick coriander paste and fry till oil starts to separate.
    5. Serve hot.
