Grilled bread pizza

Quick pizza without pizza base

This recipe can be quickly prepared as snacks and starter for the guest.It is a healthy snacks for the children for their lunch box.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 8 bread slices
    • 1 cup fine chopped onion
    • 1 cup fine chopped green Capsicum
    •  1 cup fine chopped Cabagge
    • 1 cup fine chopped carrot
    • 1 cup ripe tomato pulp
    • 1/2 tsp Green chilly sauce,
    • 1 tsp tomato sauce
    • Ground black pepper to taste
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp refined oil
    • 1 cup grated cheese

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and cook till it becomes brown.
    2. Add all chopped vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes.
    3. Add tomato pulp and cook for 1 minutes.
    4. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
    5. Mix chilly and tomato sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes till it gets mixed uniformly.
    6. Cut the bread slice into two triangular shape. Top the bread pieces with this Veg mixture.
    7. Spread grated cheese on the pieces and grill to light brown.
    Baking time 3 minutes, Baking temp 180° C
