Good to taste, filling and quick to make. It is got a unique combination.
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
1 cup rice
1/2 cup corn (boiled)or steamed in cooker for 2 whistles.
1 medium onion
1 big green capsicum
2-3 cubes of grated cheese (amul)
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera
salt to taste
Directions
Chop the onion and capscium finely.
Add oil in a vessel and once it is hot put jeera.
After the jeera has puffed, add the chopped onion. Fry till light brown,
then add the capsicum, fry till tender.
Add the corn and cook for some time.
Then add the rice and salt according to taste, cook till done.
When the rice is cooked, divide it into 2 layers and put cheese over the first layer, put the second portion of rice and spread cheese on top of the rice.Place the mixture in an oven proof dish and place the dish in a preheated oven heat till cheese melts.
