Sooji (semolina) 1 cup
Water 1 1/2 cups
Milk 1 1/2 cups
Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Ghee 3-4 tbsp.
Cardamons few
Cashews some
Raisins some
Saffron or Turmeric for color
Directions
Roast sooji until light brown.
Boil water and milk, add sugar, allow it to completely dissolve.
Add rava to water slowly, stirring. Cook
Fry cardamons, raisins, cashews in ghee. Add to rava.
Add saffron/turmeric and mix.
