Crispy Rawa Biscuit

It is very simple and nice evening snack

Hi! this is vidya , i usually prepare this for festivals ..children enjoy them alot

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    1 cup Rawa 3/4 cup Maida 3/4 cip Wheat flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/4 cup Ghee 1/2 tsp Elachi powder milk Oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Sieve Rawa,Maida Flour and elachi powder together 2. Heat Ghee and gently mix to the above flour 3. Disslove sugar in the milk and add it to the mixture slowly and knead it untill it is ready to make rotis. 4. now make rotis and cut them into diamond shapes and deep fry them . 5.your Hot and crispy biscuits are ready
