Hot Pepper Chicken

Its is spicy and mouth-watering
1 kg whole chicken
2 tsps Pepper powder(freshly grounded)
1 tsp dhania powder
2 green chillies
1 tsp ginger and garlic finely chopped
1 pinch Asafodeia Bunch of coriander leaves
1 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
salt for taste
Clean the chicken and drain the water completely and let it dry .
Add one tsp olive oil , chopped ginger and garlic and turmeric and keep it in fridge for an hour .
Now heat a thick bottomed pan and add butter and oil, when heated fry the green chillies and keep it aside and add 1 tsp of pepper .
Add the marinated chicken to it and fry it on a high flame for 5 min and then low the heat after it is roasted add salt and asafoetida, and now allow it cook .
Now when it is cooked and leaves oil add the remaining pepper powder and dhania powder and keep frying it .
Garnish it with coriander leaves
