Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    Chicken : 1 Kg.

    Onion : 4 Pcs. Medium size

    Yogurt : ½ Kg.

    Coconut : 100 Gms.

    Peanuts : 100 Gms.

    Almond : 100 Gms.

    Red Chili : According to taste

    Salt : According to taste

    Turmeric powder : ½ tbsp.

    Ginger paste : 1 Tbs.

    Garlic paste : 1 Tbs.

    Cinnamon : 1 Pcs. medium

    Cardamom : 3 to 4 pcs.

    Cumin Seeds : ½ Tbs.

    Clove : 3 to 4 pcs. Green Chili : 4 to 5 pcs.

    Green Coriander : 1 Bunch

    Mint : 1 Bunch

    Lemon : 1 pcs. (juice)

    Oil : According to need

    Directions

    1. Heat the oil in a pot & put the sliced onion & brown it. When it browns, remove from the pot & make it crush (choora).

    2. Make the paste of almond, peanuts & coconut combine.

    3. Put chicken, yogurt, red chili, salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, half bunch of mint & green coriander & paste of almond, peanuts & coconuts together in a bowl & mix it finely.

    4. Again heat the remaining oil in a pot, when heat finely put the mixture of chicken in the pot & fry it on small heat. Put the crushed brown onion & lemon juice & mix it & put little water from sides & the close the pot.

    5. When it ready garnish with mint leaves & green coriander leaves & serve.
