Ingredients
non vegetarian
4 servings
500 gms.
Fish
, large pomfret,Rohu,Katla
2 nos.
Potato
, large boiled
1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
, chopped
1 tbsp
Raisins
1 tbsp
Vinegar
½ tsp
Black Pepper
2 nos.
Egg
, for batter
3 nos.
Green Chilies
1 tsp
Salt
1 pinch
Turmeric Powder
2 nos.
Onion
, chopped and fried
Vegetable Oil for frying

Directions
Boil the fish in salted water.
Remove both Potatoes and fish from the water and take a deep bowl and mix the two.
Add chopped corriander, chopped green chillies, raisins, salt, pepper, a spoon of vinegar and fried oinons, and a pinch of turmeric.
You may break an egg.
Form flat rounded shapes. Dip in raw egg and pat with breadcrumbs.Deep fry.
Serve with pulao or fried rice.
