Directions
                - Scoop out the potatoes, and boil the inner (that has been removed from the aaloo) and 
 
- Mix it with the mashed paneer, green chillies, salt, ginger, chopped kaju, dania, anaardana. keep the stuffing aside. 
 
- Fry the scooped aaloos slightly. 
 
- Fill in the stuffing 
 
- For dressing 
 
- In hung curd, add mustard oil, salt, garam masala, dhania powder, red chillies powder. 
 
- Put the dressing over the stuffed aaloos, keep aside.
- before the time of serving, bake in tandoor or oven. 
 
- Cut into 2 halves and serve hot 
 
These potatoes will melt in your mouth with green chutney
