spinach curry

this can be had by mixing it with rice.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 bunch of spinach
    • 1 whole onion (finely chopped)
    • 2-3tsp of red chilli powder(according to your preference)
    • 1 tomatoes (finely chopped)
    • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    • salt to taste.

    Directions

    1. Fry the onions with little oil until the onion turns brown.
    2. Add red chilli powder to it. now add cumin seeds.
    3. Saute for a while.
    4. After that add tomato saute for a while.
    5. Now add finely chopped spinach let it fry for a while.
    6. Add salt to taste.
