Cut the spring onions into thin rings - the entire stalk as well as the onions.
In little oil, fry 1/4 of the entire quantity of onions for a few minutes, add red chilli powder or green chillis chopped finely, crushed garlic, haldi powder, salt(all according to taste)
Mix & fry for 5-7 minutes (fry well but with care as masala should not burn)+ fried dry prawns + remaining onions.
