Spring onions & dry prawns

A quick to make & tasty to eat recipe

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 2 bunches spring onions
    • 2 cups of large dry prawns
    • salt to taste
    • haldi powder
    • red chilli powder or green chillis chopped finely
    • crushed garlic


    1. In little oil, fry the dry prawns and keep aside.
    2. Cut the spring onions into thin rings - the entire stalk as well as the onions.
    3. In little oil, fry 1/4 of the entire quantity of onions for a few minutes, add red chilli powder or green chillis chopped finely, crushed garlic, haldi powder, salt(all according to taste)
    4. Mix & fry for 5-7 minutes (fry well but with care as masala should not burn)+ fried dry prawns + remaining onions.
    5. fry well,serve hot.
