Coleslaw Salad

Try this - can be eaten plain too.

This salad is very easy to prepare and hardly requires much time. I'm sure your people will love it.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 small cabbage
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup yoghurt
    • 2 tbsp onion chopped
    • 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1/2 cup any one fruit chopped (orange, pineapples, peaches)
    • 1/2 tsp salt

    Directions

    1. Clean the cabbage of any discolored or limp leaves.
    2. Cut the cabbage into quarters lengthwise, and trim off the core.
    3. Cut the cabbage into very thin slices and then into small squares.
    4. Place the slices in a bowl and toss with the mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt, black pepper and the fruits.
    5. Serve as side salad
