1 Cup grated coconut
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard,urad dal
3-4 red chillies ( differs according to taste)
very little tamarind ( should not be soaked in water)
Directions
Heat oil
Add mustard; after it bursts add urad dal and red chillies
Allow it to fry till dal turns brown (do not let it fry for too long)
Take it and allow it to cool
Then in a mixie put coconut,mustard,dal,red chillies and tamarind add salt to taste
