Boil potatoes in pressure cooker till soft. Remove the skin and make small holes across the potatoes with the help of tooth pick.
Take a pan and put vegetable oil in that and fry all the potatoes till brown. Keep the pan at simmer.
Then take a different pan or kadai which is quite deep and put the remaining oil from your older pan and put mirch, sauf, garam masala and salt. It will be like a paste.
Add all fried Potatoes. Stir Slowly for 1-2 min.
Add water and boil till the masala gets into the Potatoes.
