fast easy and tasty dish to go with drinks, and side dish as well
Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
1 kg Chicken
1 whole garlic
10 g ginger
1/2 lemon
10 g whole black pepper
2 eggs
100 g corn flour
salt for taste
3-4 green chillies
a small bunch of coriander(optional)
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Clean wash and cut chicken into medium size pieces and keep aside
In a vessel take garlic (cut into pieces), ginger (flakes are cut into pieces),black pepper,green chilli(chopped into pieces),coriander and grind it to the paste adding 2-3 teaspoon of water. grind it to a fine paste.
then add 2 eggs in the same mix and grind one ce more(this is only for the purpose of mixing
remove from mix and into the vessel
add corn flour mix well
Add chicken pieces and mix the paste well to the chicken( using your hand stir the chicken pieces in the paste ..this hastens the marination.
finally add lemon and salt, mix some more
Marinate for at least one hour
deep fry in hot oil.. till golden brown Please note that chicken should not be over done
