250 gms Tomato puree
3 Onions (medium)
2 Green Capsicum (medium )
2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tsp Butter
Chilly powder to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
Heat butter in a deep non-stick pan, add garlic paste fry for a minute then
add onion.
Fry till the onion turns slighly browen, add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes
Add the tomato puree, fry for 4 minutes, then add the 6-8 cups of water, chilly powder
& salt to taste and allow it to boil at low flame until it reduces to half
or as thick as you desire.
