Easy and fast to prepare

Ingredients non vegetarian 8 servings

    Chicken (big)- 1 no Sour limes - 5 nos. Capsicum - 4 nos. Onions - 3 medium size Corriander leaves - 1 big bunch Green chillies - 3-4 Jeera - 1/2 tsp. Peppercorns - 12 Garlic - 1 pod Ginger - 2" piece Cloves - 20 Cinnamon - 2" piece turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - to taste Sugar - a pinch Butter - 4 tablespoons


    1. Clean, wash and cut the chicken into medium sized pieces. Then marinate with salt, sugar and lime juice.
    2. Grind the rest of the ingredients except butter and onions and add to the marination. Keep aside for about one hour.
    3. Slice onions. Take butter in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown. Then add the chicken pieces and fry nicely.
    4. Then add the marination and pressure cook for about seven minutes.



    very tasty, perfect dish which could be prepared so fast. my friends complimented me on this delightful preparation. goes well with pulao
