2 cups of Bengal Gram (Chana dal)
1 cup Jaggery
3/4 cup dry coconut powder
6 Cardamoms
A pinch of Kesar
2 tsp Fried Poppy seeds
1 cup of Cashew, Raisins and Almonds
2 tbsp. Ghee
Directions
Cook channa dal in cooker. Everyone's cooker is different so ensure that
that it does not turn into a paste
Add jaggery to
dal. Keep mixing until jaggery is fully dessolved.
