Hey...Kanupriya, i forgot 2 tell u that if we eat spinach or palak with tomatoes...der is a chance of getting a stone in our stomach....!!! So better try 2 avoid it..!!

You can also add tomatoes to this recipe to give it a slightly tangy flavor. Also, instead of boiling the spinach, soak it in hot water for a few minutes and then blend it in a blender. Saute the onion, garlic, ginger paste first, then add tomato puree and saute, add the spices, and finally the spinach to retain its green color.
