Hi,U can also add 1/2 tsp saunf powder,1/2 tsp bajji-bonda mix flour(don't add more) and 1 tsp corn flour in Step 1 to the other mentioned ingredients and try this recipe for a little crisp and spicy fish fry.

You can try this recipe with Baracuda fish, Pomfret fish, Sardines, Cherry Fish etc. of your choice.
