by: Chitra Ahluwalia Pal of San Francisco, US

There are mangoes everywhere so why not use in Mitahi and enjoy. Traditional Kalakand mithai with a twist.

What is your problem Vicky? Saleem is right why are you so against Chitra? Please behave yourself and dont pass any bad comments from now on. I am 50+ years old and have seen the World, all her recipes seem to be genuine and even she post pictures, like some people dont and just copy the recipe and post it here. If you are so against her then dont post any bad comments or dont speak on behalf of whole world. Hope you will end this now. Cheers Tina

Hi Saleem and everyone, I could not resist your recipe, thanks to you I tried making this one. But wanted to change a little bit and make it different, as they say cooking should be creative. Living here far from home makes you crave for Indian mitahi's specially. I bought all of the stuff from a local indian store. I hope everyone likes it. Do try it once. It is so yummy. Chitra
