Bhindi cannot be cooked in pressure cooker, unless it is on a low flame. Also, the ingredients should be in proper measure. If turmeric, then put half spoon. From the colour itself, you will know whether it needs more or not. Anyways, enjoy cooking. Bye

I tried this recipe and 1 tbsp turmeric ruined the taste of this dish. It made it taste bitter and the garlic also got burned when I put it with the onions to fry. I should have waited and put the garlic and chillies after the onions were pinkish brown. The dish got a little bit burned because I cooked it in the pressure cooker(as per the recipe) with only 2 tbsp of water. I might try this recipe again but with some verifications. Thanks!
