Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 Kg Fresh chicken legs
    • 2 table spoon curd/yoghurt
    • 2 table ginger paste
    • 2 table spoon garlic paste
    • 1 spoon salt/or as per your taste
    • 2 table spoon lemon juice
    • red chilly to taste
    • pinch of edible red color
    • 2 table spoon jal zeera powder, preferably MDH (THIS ENHANCES AND GIVES NEW TASTE)

    Directions

    1. Prick chicken legs with fork,
    2. Mix all above ingredients in paste
    3. Mix well with  the chicken legs and allow it to merinate or about 3 to 4 hours
    4. put about 2 table sppon oil  in the fry pan heat and fry for 10 to 15 minute the chicken with paste till chiken legs get cooked to tender
    5. Remove from heat, make cuts in the chicken legs with knife and push surplus cooked paste in the cuts
    6. put in the heated oven for roasting for 5 to 10 minute, till ready as per your liked roasting
    7. 2 spoon chicken leg roasted is ready to serve. Serve with sliced onions

    well there are number of options,since the chicken is already cooked, you can roast over charcoal same coal made of wood, which burn easy and you can roast above it or, just put a iron mesh over the gas burner, put chike legs over and cover the whole thing with some utensil and keep turning the chiken legs! i hope i could provide you the alterntive!
