Wash fish fillets and marinate with little salt and vinegar for 1 hours.
Wash again and cut in thick fingers, add soya, red chilly paste, ajinomoto, garlic and corn flour (don't mix corn flour with water). Mix well and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Fry in hot oil untl crispy.
Serve hot with sauce of your choice. Szechuan sauce goes very well with it.
