Directions
- Cut & clean chicken into medium pieces
- Marinate it in curds & salt for 30 mins
- Take 2 tbsp ghee in a kadhai & fry onions till they are light brown in colour
- Grind roasted spices with roasted chillies & ginger, garlic to a smooth paste
- Add this paste in to fried onions & add chopped tomatoes and salt, cook under covered
- Once it is cooked make a paste of roasted coconut and add this to the curry and bring it to a boil
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti
NOTE:Insted of using whole spices you can use ready made powder ie coriander powder, chilly powder,& garam masala powder
