Pan-cooked egg recipe

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

  • 4 nos. Egg
  • 2 nos. Tomato, chopped
  • 2 cups Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsps. Garlic, tomato and garlic sauce
  • Vegetable Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Stir fry cabbage on high heat in one tablespoon of oil.
  2. After 30 seconds, add the chopped tomato and the soya sauca and Tomato Garlic Sauce and continue to stri fry.
  3. After two minutes, reduce the heat to a simmer.
  4. Add salt and spread the mixture to cover the complete pan.
  5. Break eggs carefully (one at a time) to ensure that the yoke does not break.
  6. Drop the eggs in four different places so that the whole area of the pan is covered.
  7. Cover pan with lid and allow to cook over reduced heat for two more minutes.
  8. Sprinkle salt and serve hot.

Tried it - only problem is the quantity of soy sauce to be put in - too much and the taste goes wonky.(Or maybe the strength of soy sauce here is a bit too strong)

if ther is a small panthen hardly 2 eggs can spread and it wont taste good if the egg is not mixed and if it is half cooked. thankyou
