- Grind together fresh ginger, chilly, coriander and mint to a fine paste
- Crush curry leaves between your palms and add into buttermilk
- Add the paste and all the remaining ingredients also into it.
- Now mix very well and strain it in a juice strainer.
- Adjust the salt and serve garnished with a sprig of mint
NOTE:If you prepare this in the morning and store
in the refrigerator it serves great as a mid afternoon drink
