Honey Chilli Potato

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 4 medium sized potatoes
    • oi for deep frying
    • 2 tsp honey
    • salt and red chilli to taste
    • 2 tsp til.


    1. Peel and cut the potatoes in fingerchips shaped slices.
    2. Deep Fry in a kadhai.
    3. Add salt and chilli and keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes.
    4. Take a small bowl and pour the honey into it.
    5. Dip the crispy fingerchips into the bowl.
    6. Place the til in a platter and roll the honey laden fingerchips so that the til coats the fingerchips.
    7. Serve warm.
    8. Serve hot in a platter.
