Dahi Ki Chutney

Easy & tasty salad

It is one kind of Salad & brings great taste to lunch/dinner.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup Dahi (Yogurt)
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • 2-4 curry leaves
    • 1/4 bunch of chopped coriander  leaves
    • 1 tsp red chilly powder
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
    • 1/2 chopped onion
    • 2 tsp grated cucumber
    • 2 tsp oil

    Directions

    1. In one small pan heat oil, add cumin, mustard seed , curry leaves & let it splutter.
    2. Let oil to cool & then add turmeric, chilly powder & salt in it.
    3. In another container take onion, tomato, cucumber, add dahi in it & finally add oil & mix it well, now add sugar.
    4. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
