This sweet have a different taste than other besan wadi.
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
1 cup Besan(Gram flour)
1 cup khoya
2 cup sugar
1 cup ghee
1/2 cup dried coconut
1/2 cup broken cashew & raisins
2 tsp chironji
1 tsp cardamom powder
Directions
Make a double string sugar syrup(thick chachni) & then add cardamom in it.
Heat a thick based pan with a cup of ghee, add besan in it & fry it 15-20 min on medium heat.finally add khoya , mix it well & then remove it from fire.
Add this mixturein sugar syrup, also add raisins, coconut, cashew nuts & chironji. mix them well.
Grease a flat container with ghee & spread all mixture having half inch thickness.
Keep it aside for 45 min & then make its wadi.
This besan churma can store up to 3-4 days in a air tight container.
