Pressure cook all vegetables, including broken coconut & green chillies except onion & tomato. Once cooked do not remove excess water from it.
Heat a pan with oil, add cumin mustard & poppy seeds once splutter add ginger-garlic paste & onion. fry it until turns to brown color. then add tomato & allow to cook it for 5 min.
Now add garam masala powder, turmeric powder & salt.
Then add all pressure cooked vegitables including water.
