It is mostly used for Appetizers, side dish and served when it is hot.

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

  • 1 kg Potato, boiled
  • 6 nos. Lentil Wafers, Lijjat brand
  • Garlic to taste, chopped
  • Ginger to taste, chopped
  • Green Chilies to taste, chopped
  • 2 tbsps. Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper, powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mash Boiled Potatoes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Soak the papad in little water.
  4. Fill the mixture in to the papad and make the rolls.
  5. Cut each rolls in 3 to 4 pieces.
  6. Fry into hot oil until brown and crispy.
  7. Serve it hot with green chatni and tomato Ketchup.

Very nice, but i would have done without the haldi powder, the look is better when it does not have a yellow tinge.
