Everyones favorite rice, additionally prepared with Prawns.
2 cup cooked basmati rice
200gm cooked prawns
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 sliced pak choi(chinese cabbage)
Salt to taste
Heat a pan with half of oil & half of ginger-garlic paste.
Add egg & stir it until the egg is cooked, then remove it from fire & keep aside .
Now heat remaining oil & ginger-garlic paste in a pan. now add prawns & pak choi & let it cook for 2 min.
Now add the cooked rice & egg, sprinkle salt -mix it with prawns & then serve hot.
