For more flavour, green chilli and pudina chutney can be added. Tastes wonderful with maida roti (Tortilla) than the regular whaet roti.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
4 Rotis (wheat roti or maida roti - tortilla)
200 gms Cottage cheese (Paneer)
2 medium sized sliced Onion and 1/2 onion(chopped
1 tsp chaat masaala
salt to taste
0.5 teaspoon turmeric pwdr
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli
Directions
Cut paneer into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and saute for about 4 - 5 mins.
Add paneer. Then add turmeric pwdr , red chilli pwdr, chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup to it and then mix & saute them on medium-high heat for 5- 6 mins.
Add salt and chaat masala and stir well.
Meanwhile heat roti or tortilla on griddle on little butter.
Put the hot paneer mixture and roll it up.
Warm the roll on butter till crispy.
Before serving sprinkle lemon juice and add some chopped onion.
