1/2 tsp of powdered bhuna garam masala with cinnamon, bay leaf, badi elaichi, kali mirch, laung
1/2 tsp of ginger julliennes
2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves
Directions
heat oil,fry onion garlic and put green peas in it,put salt 1/2 tsp.cook it for some time till they are fully done.
In another vessel sprinkle water on poha to make it soggy or wet,mix bhuna masala in it and mix with peas proerly add desi ghee,and let it be on flame for some time.
when it is done just add some julliennes of ginger,chopped green chillies and coriander leaves on it
