Make Delicious Coconut Pie at Home Sweet Home
All Purpose Flour
Lightly grease a 24 cm straight sided pie dish.
Sift flour into the bowl, stir in sugar, coconut, eggs, vanilla essence, butter and milk.
Put into the pie dish and bake at 170 degree C for 40 minutes or until it turns light brown and is set.
Serve warm or cold with cream, dry fruits or fresh fruits as desired.
