Make Delicious Coconut Pie at Home Sweet Home

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

  • 1½ cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar, powdered
  • 1 cup Coconut, grated
  • 4 nos. Egg
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 100 gms. Butter, melted
  • 2 cups Milk


  1. Lightly grease a 24 cm straight sided pie dish.
  2. Sift flour into the bowl, stir in sugar, coconut, eggs, vanilla essence, butter and milk.
  3. Put into the pie dish and bake at 170 degree C for 40 minutes or until it turns light brown and is set.
  4. Serve warm or cold with cream, dry fruits or fresh fruits as desired.
