Kozhi kulki porichathu

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 1 Chicken cut into in small pieces
    • ½ tsp Ginger crushed and chopped Finely
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic crushed and chopped finely
    • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Curry leaves
    • 4 tbsp oil


    1. In a wok, add oil then ginger and garlic. saute for a minute.
    2. Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Chicken and curry leaves as well salt
    3. Lid the vessel for 5 minutes, then fry the chicken while at low flame. keep stirring so that the mixture mixes will with chicken.
    4. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve with roti's or ghee rice
