Ingredients
non vegetarian

1 Chicken cut into in small pieces
½ tsp Ginger crushed and chopped Finely
1/2 tsp Garlic crushed and chopped finely
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
4 tbsp oil
Directions
In a wok, add oil then ginger and garlic. saute for a minute.
Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Chicken and curry leaves as well salt
Lid the vessel for 5 minutes, then fry the chicken while at low flame. keep stirring so that the mixture mixes will with chicken.
Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve with roti's or ghee rice
